PROJECT DIRECTOR'S REPORT
Autumn '08

Viv Corbishley, Projects Director Andy Hopwood, Projects Assistant

Just a short report this time to round up the season. What a fantastic event to finish on at Tatton Old Hall. My thanks to Andy Hopwood, for nurturing this event from a small Living History last year, into a full scale society event for this year. Together with all the small living history displays, we have certainly had a good season 2008.

I hope that you have all enjoyed the events this year, I am sure most of you will have, and if you haven't then please don't mutter about it to your mates, but come forward and tell me what, in your view was wrong.

We are dealing with a variety of enquiries for next year at the moment, and I hope to be giving you a good events diary for 2009. I must apologise that my report was somewhat chopped in the last couple of newsletters, I am hoping that this time it will be OK.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Andy Hopwood for all that he has done with the projects this year, especially when I was ill and recovering. His help was invaluable. Also thanks to Andy's long suffering wife Tracy for putting up with all the extra phone calls!

I hope to see many of you at the AGM and Dance and it just leaves me now to wish you a very Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

Best regards,

Viv Corbishley, Projects Director &
