It gives me great pleasure to write my first article as Confederate commander.

First of all I would like to thank you all for putting me in this position, I will do my best to fulfil your wishes

This short note is just to say thanks, but I will be wanting your thoughts, views and ides of what you would like to see or do in the coming season. I will leave that until the new year.
