Authentic camps within the walled garden.
Family camp, same place as last year.
All cars to be parked next to the Family Camp in an orderly line. Please do not park in the area immediately outside the gate to the walled garden (the event site).

| ARRIVAL TIME: |
Friday 6th July AFTER 3.00pm.
Please do not arrive and hang around the gate before this time as they have a school visit going on.
All streets to be in line with your appropriate Regiment.
Would the members on the Family Camp please sign in with Viv Corbishley on FRIDAY anytime up until 10.30pm.

Friday 15.00 hours until 22.00 hours
Saturday 07.30 hours until 19.00 hours
Sunday 07.30 hours until 21.00 hours
Monday 07.30 hours and clear site by 12.00 hours.
N.B The gates are unable to be opened outside these hours as they have been in the past.

N.B. No tents to be dropped or vehicles to be brought on camp until this time, except in an emergency.
Please do not unpack your tent and leave all your belongings on show before this time. All un-authentic items to be kept out of view at all times. Please ensure that your area is completely free of rubbish and your fire-pit is cleared, doused, and covered.

EXTRA SPECIAL NOTICES:
Flushing toilets in the walled garden.
Wood supplied in the walled garden. There is a water tap on the inside of the walls.
ALL DOGS TO BE KEPT UNDER CONTROL AND ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES
ALL MEMBERS PLEASE NOTE: If you have an emergency and need to get out after the gate is closed please DO NOT go to the gatehouse to ask to be let out, this will result in the Society incurring a huge fine and a possibility of the loss of any future events. Please go to your commanding officer, or a member of the Projects team who will make the necessary arrangements for you.
Please note that timings may be changed by the organisers.
