February 19th - WORCESTER GUILD HALL Promotional Event

On day In-door Marketing / Recruitment event at Worcester Guild Hall, WR1 2EY, organised by the Worcester Re-enactors.

There is overnight accommodation for attending members at a local scout hall on Friday and Saturday for anyone who requires it. We are awaiting details of the location of the scout hut. March 5th - BIRKENHEAD TOWN HALL Promotional Event

April 16-17th - FEDERAL CAMP OF INSTRUCTION U.S. Brigade

Federal Training Weekend at Tatton Old Hall, Tatton Park, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 6QN.
Delightful site in the middle of beautiful Cheshire countryside.

April 16-17th - CONFEDERATE TRAINING WEEKEND C.S. Battalion

Confederate Training Weekend at at the Yorkshire Farming Museum, Murton Park, Murton Lane, Murton, York, YO19 5UF.
There are excellent facilities on site, flushing loos, water cafe and an area for family camping.

April 23-24th - ST. GEORGES HALL, LIVERPOOL Promotional Event

Promotional Easter weekend event at St. Georges Hall, Liverpool to commence at 10.00 am each day.

May 14-15th - CUSWORTH HALL Regimental Event

ACWS Regimental Invitation Event at Cusworth Hall, Cusworth Lane, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN5 7TU.
Battery B will be hosting this Regimental Event. Small contingents from several units have been invited. (US Staff, 1st US Sharpshooters, 19th Indiana & 18th Virginia).
Members Camping from Friday 5 PM. Members should contact Martin Cross, Christian Sprakes or your Commanding Officer for further details.
Members Registration Fee £3.

Cusworth Hall is located 2 miles north of Doncaster, off the A638 Doncaster to Wakefield Road. It is signposted from the A1 and A638.

ACWS Promotional Event at Shildon Town Council's Fun Day in Hackworth Park, Shildon, Co. Durham, from 11am to 3pm.

August 20-21st - SPETCHLEY MULTI-PERIOD Full Society Event

M5 Multi-period event at Spetchley Park Gardens, Spetchley, Worcester, WR5 1RS, organised by the Worcester Re-enactors.
The problems of last year have been ironed out. So please support this event being held by re-enactors for re-enactors.
Members camping available Friday through Monday.
Artillery and Cavalry will now be in attendance thanks to the genrosity of the 4th Texas and the Cavalry respectively providing the necessary funding.
Members Registration Fee £6.
Unfortunately, there are NO DOGS ALLOWED at this event.

August 20-21st - LANARK, SCOTLAND Regimental Event

Regimental Invitation Event. This event is Scotland's Festival of History organised by Lanark Medieval Society from 10am-4.30pm daily at Lanark Racecourse, Hyndford Road (A73), Lanark ML11 9SZ. Space is limited therefore any members wishing to attend please contact Gary Holman U.S. Staff prior to attendance

August 28-29th - NORFOLK PARK, SHEFFIELD Full Society Event

August Bank Holiday event at Norfolk Heritage Park, Sheffield, S2 2RU.
Sheffield City Council event with EventPlan staging Multi-Period displays again as part of the Sheffield Fayre.
Members camping available from Friday after 3 p.m. until Tuesday a.m. Family camp is NOT where it was last year, but in the Norfolk Park Avenue entrance area.
Members Registration Fee £6. Unfortunately, due to budget cuts there will not be any horses this year.
Displays on SUNDAY and MONDAY.

Please Note: Norfolk Park Road will remain CLOSED during the Sheffield Fayre Weekend, Fortunately, access to the site has moved to the Granville Road entrance. If anyone does arrive at the "old" entrance to find the gates shut, they need to turn around (see map above). Correct directions will be signed at the Norfolk Park Road gate just in case.

September 3rd-4th - ETRURIA INDUSTRIAL MUSEUM Full Society Event

Etruria Industrial Museum, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 7AF. This former Bone Mill will be ‘getting up steam’ over that weekend when they set their impressive steam engine away. This beautiful canal side site will accommodate approximately 24 tents each side and room for family camping.
Members camping available from Friday until Monday.

September 10th - WATERLOO, LIVERPOOL Promotional Event

Old Christ Church, Waterloo Road (at its junction with Alexandra Road), Waterloo, Liverpool L22 1RE.
A Celebration of the 150th Anniversary of the start of the American Civil War.
Living history and display on SATURDAY from 10am until 5pm, in support of Bob Jones' organisation, who research Civil War graves in Merseyside for re-dedication and research connections between Merseyside and the ACW.

September 17-18th - INGLETON, North Yorks Full Society Event

Full Society event in stunning surroundings on the edge of the Yorkshire moors at Waterfalls Field, Ingleton, North Yorkshire, LA6 3EP.
This is predominantly Living History with drill and firing displays. There is room for 50 ‘A’ frames, some plastic tents and 4-5 caravans/motor homes. There is a café on site with flushing loos accessible.
