February 18th - WORCESTER ** CORRECTED DATE ** Promotional Event

One day In-door Marketing / Recruitment event at Worcester Guild Hall, WR1 2EY, organised by the Worcester Re-enactors.

Worcester Re-Enactors take over Worcester City Centre venues. Guildhall and Tudor House. This is a multi-period Living History Event. Multi Period cameos / scenarios inside the Guidhall. In the Assembly room on the first floor will be a history fair and regimental display/information display stands and drill displays on the High Street outside the Guildhall. 17C living History at the Tudor House, the Tudor House becomes the Cross Keys Inn - a 17C tavern, there will be activity all day with people visiting the Tavern during the day.
Accomodation available on Friday and Saturday night at a scout HQ on the other side of the river (floor space only) but it is warm with loos and kitchen, breakfast provided Sat and Sun for £5. On Saturday night after the show there is a get together at the Saracens, nice friendly pub - no juke box, decent selections of real ale and re-enactor friendly.

March 31st - April 1st - CONFEDERATE TRAINING WEEKEND C.S. Battalion

Confederate Training Weekend at at the Yorkshire Farming Museum, Murton Park, Murton Lane, Murton, York, YO19 5UF.
There are excellent facilities on site, flushing loos, water cafe and an area for family camping.

April 14-15th - FEDERAL CAMP OF INSTRUCTION U.S. Brigade

Federal Training Weekend at Tatton Old Hall, Tatton Park, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 6QN.
Members camping available from Friday 3pm until Monday morning.
Private training on SATURDAY and SUNDAY.

May 6-7th - SEWERBY HALL Full Society Event

May Bank Holiday Weekend. Sewerby Hall, Bridlington, North Yorkshire.
This year the Federals, Civilians and the Medical Team will be manning the house and the camps will be switched around.
Members camping from Friday afternoon until Tuesday.
The Board are to fund an informal get together (drink and food) on Saturday early evening, so that members get the opprotunity to meet and talk to the Directors.
Guard of Honour required on Saturday for the on-site wedding.
Displays on SUNDAY and MONDAY, including Mounted Cavalry, but no cannon firing due to local zoo.

June 16-17th - MORLEY, West Yorks Full Society Event

June 24th - KIPLIN HALL, North Yorks Small Event

One day event at Kiplin Hall, Near Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 6AT. We may use the house for scenarios and may be a prelude to a full event in 2013.
Living History and Drill Displays on SUNDAY. No cannon at this event.

July 7-8th - TATTON, Cheshire Full Society Event

Full society event at Tatton Old Hall, Tatton Park, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 6QN.
Delightful site in the middle of beautiful Cheshire countryside.

M5 Multi-period event at Spetchley Park Gardens, Spetchley, Worcester, WR5 1RS, organised by the Worcester Re-enactors.
Members camping available Friday through Monday.
There will be no cannon or cavalry at this event.
Members Registration Fee £6.
Unfortunately, there are NO DOGS ALLOWED at this event.

December 8th - ACWS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 2012 ACWS Annual General Meeting is to be held at The Rubery & Rednal Royal British Legion Club, 64 New Road, Rubery, Birmingham, B45 9HY, on Saturday 3rd December 2011 starting at 1 pm.
